The Boyer Company, one of the largest developers of commercial real estate in the Intermountain Region, continues to expand throughout the United States. H. Roger Boyer formed the company in 1972. His founding philosophy was to create long-term value by building, owning, and managing commercial real estate projects. Roger, now the company’s Chairman, has been succeeded by Chief Executive Officer, Steve Ostler, and Jake Boyer, President.
During the past 35 years, The Boyer Company has developed more than 23.5 million square feet of commercial projects across the country including office buildings, shopping centers, medical offices, residential developments, hotels, apartments, and special use facilities. The company currently manages more than 14 million square feet. The Boyer Company is a full-service real estate development firm. It develops and manages its own portfolio as well as properties for other corporate clients.
Over the past decade, The Boyer Company has experienced considerable growth with the addition of more than 90 new properties to its portfolio. During that time, the company has secured and retired more than $1 billion of construction and permanent financing.
