Harlingen Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic

The Boyer Company constructed this 165,000 square foot outpatient clinic for the Veterans Administration.  The building is located in Harlingen, Texas on a 6.94 acre site.  The facility was completed in October 2010 and is comprised of a 55,000 Square Foot footprint on three levels.  Directly adjacent to the facility is a 4-level parking structure with 750 stalls.

GSA Department of Interior Office Building

The Boyer Company was selected by the General Services Administration (GSA) to build a new office building and warehouse for the Department of Interior in Billings, Montana. The new five-story building houses some 400 federal employees previously worked at the now-vacated local courthouse. This building was completed in May 2013.

Phoenix Parking Garage

Phoenix Parking Garage

The Boyer Company was selected by the City of Phoenix through a competitive RFP process to be the developer of the only parking garage on the Phoenix Biomedical Campus. The site is controlled with a long term ground lease with the City of Phoenix. The 8-level garage is fully automated, has 1210 stalls and spans 397,163 square feet to include ground level retail area, electric vehicle charging stations and bike storage lockers.

The garage provides parking for all entities within the Phoenix Biomedical Campus including the University of Arizona Medical School, TGEN, IGC, NIDDK, Dignity Health (which operates the adjacent University of Arizona Cancer Center) and for the general public. The garage also includes additional parking stalls that were constructed in anticipation of future campus development.

The development of the garage on a downtown in-fill site required significant coordination with all surrounding land owners, vacation of an adjoining City street and coordination with construction projects on adjoining parcels.

Internal Revenue Service Office Building

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) awarded  The Boyer Company a contract to accommodate an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) space request for approximately 109,000 rentable square feet of office and related space, along with 350 parking spaces, in Ogden, Utah.  The new facility fronts 24th Avenue between Lincoln and Wall Streets.

Hill Air Force Base Military Housing

Hill Air Force Base Military Housing

Boyer Hill Military Housing (BHMH, www.bhmh.com) teamed with Hill Air Force Base in September 2005 to secure the development of quality, affordable, safe on base housing for the families in the military. Due to the constraints of military funding the Air Force was unable to provide the funds to make these improvements.  BHMH secured $41 million in Bond Financing and an additional $33.6 million in a Government Direct Loan to fund a six-year development plan that will rebuild, renovate, and upgrade over 1,000 homes at Hill Air Force Base.
Thanks to a cooperative effort between Hill Air Force Base and Boyer Hill Military Housing, old homes are being demolished and replaced with new homes, swamp coolers are being changed to central air conditioners, and school-tile floors are being carpeted.  Over 250 military families have already moved into their new or renovated homes.
