This building in Idaho Falls was constructed for the Bureau of Land Management.  The facility consists of offices, covered truck storage, and warehouse buildings.  The original structure, built in 1995, was approximately 46,000 square feet.  In 2001, a 15,000 square foot office area was added. The main office buildings are single story slab-on-grade masonry buildings with seamless metal roofs.  Built to conform to strict GSA SFO requirements, the buildings incorporate an enhanced mechanical design. Using the enhanced technology has resulted in an energy efficient building.
