The FAA Flight Standards District Office building was developed as a build to suit for the Federal Aviation Administration. The building was leased to the regional FSDO and was completed in December of 2004. The building is equipped with unique security features as required by the FAA.

The project was developed as part of the One Airport Tech Center business park in Salt Lake City.
