This four-story EIFS and glass building is located in the Airport East Business Park, adjacent to the I-215 freeway. The Boyer Company was selected by the State of Utah to develop the Tax Commission building based on site selection, finance structure, cost guarantees and design. The Boyer Company assisted in the legislative bond approval process, completing the project under budget and ahead of schedule.
