The three-story EIFS and glass building was developed as a build-to-suit project for The Department of Energy. The Boyer Company was awarded the project and completed construction on a fast-track basis. Financing was provided through an innovative taxable lease revenue bond, which was privately placed with a major Wall Street fund. The Boyer Company owns and leases the facility to The Department of Energy.
