The One Airport Tech Center is a unique freeway office park currently under development in Salt Lake City. The park is located between Salt Lake International Airport and Salt Lake City's Central Business District. The business park contains 80 acres with sites ranging from 2.5 to 20 acres, including sites available for build-to-suit office and leasing opportunities. The Park currently contains three build-to-suit buildings, each developed for specific tenants including: Prolexys, FAA / FSDO, PVE Engineers, and Union Pacific.
