The Robert F. Bitner Medical Office Building is named after one of the original physicians that established The Davis Hospital forty years ago. The building, developed to fulfill a need for additional physician office space, is conveniently located on the west side of the hospital campus and is only a few steps to the entrance to the hospital emergency room.
In addition to the 17,000 square feet on each of the three floors, the building has basement space that has been leased to Davis Hospital on a long term lease. The space houses the hospital's back office accounting functions.
Unique to the building is a circular common area corridor, which creates easy access to both physician space and common area restrooms. The building is surrounded by ample parking with main entrances to the building from both the north and south parking lots.
