The Centerpoint Medical Office Building was developed as part of the Healthcare Corporation of America, Inc.’s (HCA) largest-ever approved hospital project and largest Certificate of Need project approved by the State of Missouri. Boyer was able to deliver this building one year ahead of the completion of the hospital to facilitate physician relocations in time for the hospital’s completion.
