This facility is a one story outpatient ambulatory surgical center that serves residents of the Tri-City communities including Prescott, Prescott Valley and Chino Valley, Arizona. The underlying purpose in constructing a facility of its nature is to allow physician investors ownership in medical real estate in this rural community in which they practice medicine.  This facility was designed as a build-to-suit project as designed by project architect, Marasco and Associates, Inc, Denver, Colorado. The facility at some future point will be transferred into an ASH, Ambulatory Surgical Hospital, allowing for the servicing of its patrons on an inpatient basis, thus essentially becoming a fully operational hospital.
