One Utah Center is the premier downtown office building in Salt Lake City. The 24-story granite and glass building houses prominent tenants, including Rocky Mountain Power, Wells Fargo Advisors, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, and Parsons Behle & Latimer. The project includes an adjacent underground parking structure and plaza developed in conjunction with the Salt Lake City redevelopment agency. The building received the ASHRAE Journal’s 1995 technology award for mechanical system design.
