The six-story, brick veneer and glass building was developed as regional headquarters for Xerox. It is located across the street from historic Trolley Square, which provides a wide variety of restaurant and retail shops. The building's location on the 5th south and 7th east in Salt Lake City provides excellent freeway access to both I-15 and I-80.
