The three-story brick and glass office complex, located in the Riverwoods Business Park, was developed as a joint venture with Franklin Covey. The Boyer Company was responsible for all elements of the development process, including design, financing, government approvals, construction management, and scheduling.
The two-phase project was specifically designed for a campus style business park and includes a connector, which bridges Phase I and Phase II. The business park was planned to include four to seven structures.
