The three-story EIFS and glass building was a joint venture between The Boyer Company and HealthRider Corporation. The Boyer Company Leased the entire building to HealthRider under a master lease and found tenants to sublease 45,000 square feet. The Boyer Company was responsible for all elements of the development process, including: design, financing, zoning approvals, construction management and scheduling. An aggressive fast-track construction process enabled the building to be completed in less than one year.
