The four-story granite and glass building was developed as a built-to-suit for Huntsman Chemical Corporation, one of Utah's premier companies.  Huntsman financed the construction and owns the building.  The Boyer Company was responsible for all elements of the development process, including: design, government approvals, budgets, construction management and scheduling.  The Boyer Company provides ongoing property management services.
