The Twin Rivers Complex, 135,206 square feet, was constructed for the Internal Revenue Service. The complex includes development of an entire city block for on-grade parking, pedestrian walkways and links to surrounding blocks. The project included the renovation of the existing historic Boyle Furniture Warehouse as well as the construction of a new 90,000 square foot building. The Twin Rivers Office Building in Ogden was awarded the ENERGY STAR Award for 2007. The building was designed to meet the ENERGY STAR requirements. The award is a mark of superior energy performance and identifies the Twin River Office Building as one of the most efficient buildings in the nation.
