The District

The District

Stretching 3 city blocks, The District in South Jordan is one of the largest mixed-use developments of its kind in Utah. The 120 acres includes theatres, restaurants, retail facilities, residential housing, specialty shops, office buildings, and a great view of the Salt Lake Valley. Wyndham Timeshare Facility—The Canyons

The $35 million Wyndham Timeshare Facility at the base of the Canyons Ski Resort in Park City, Utah, will provide world-class mountainside lodging for numerous adventures whether in winter or summer, and hundreds of restaurants, world-class events, and more.

The Wyndham Timeshare Facility project is 163,828 square feet and includes 86 units. It will feature ski-in and ski-out access with a ski lift directly adjacent to the 86 Club Wyndham Access Vacation Units.  The project is across the street from the Canyons Waldorf Astoria.

This project is a joint venture with Gardiner Properties. The General Contractor is Kier Construction.
