The District

The District

Stretching 3 city blocks, The District in South Jordan is one of the largest mixed-use developments of its kind in Utah. The 120 acres includes theatres, restaurants, retail facilities, residential housing, specialty shops, office buildings, and a great view of the Salt Lake Valley. The District, a unique blend of design and architecture, also includes a main street shopping district. The main street district ties into the Larry H. Miller Megaplex 20-screen theater. Other anchor tenants at the District include Target, JC Penney, Office Max, Sports Authority, Ross, Harmons, Petco, Hobby Lobby, and Larry H. Miller’s 20-screen Megaplex Theaters. The District is located in the fastest growing residential area in the Wasatch Front and is adjacent to the new Daybreak Community in South Jordan. Wyndham Timeshare Facility—The Canyons

The $35 million Wyndham Timeshare Facility at the base of the Canyons Ski Resort in Park City, Utah, will provide world-class mountainside lodging for numerous adventures whether in winter or summer, and hundreds of restaurants, world-class events, and more.

The Wyndham Timeshare Facility project is 163,828 square feet and includes 86 units. It will feature ski-in and ski-out access with a ski lift directly adjacent to the 86 Club Wyndham Access Vacation Units.  The project is across the street from the Canyons Waldorf Astoria.

This project is a joint venture with Gardiner Properties. The General Contractor is Kier Construction.

Draper Peaks

Draper Peaks

Draper Peaks is located just off the I-15 corridor into Draper. Built in two phases, Draper Peaks is anchored by Kohls, Ross, Petco, Famous Footwear, Michaels and Dress Barn. Draper Peaks also contains traditional restaurant and multi-tenant pad sites. The retail development is located along 12300 South and is in a main-street like setting parallel to the main entrance into the project. The second phase, immediately west of Kohls is anchored by Office Depot, Wasatch Home, Justice, and Applebees and contains three additional free-standing pad sites and shop spaces.

The Junction

The Junction, a mixed-use project that includes a 65,000 square-foot class A office building, has 51,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, Larry Miller’s 13-screen Megaplex movie theatre complex, and 92 residential units. At the south end, Boyer has built a four-story, 65,000 square-foot office building where Wells Fargo Bank is the lead tenant together with the Ogden office of the law firm, Van Cott Bagley Cornwall and McCarthy. The Megaplex Theatres and the Salomon Center are great anchors to the project and provide a popular gathering place for downtown Ogden.
