The construction management team at Boyer take the role of representing the owner to ensure each project goal is achieved. They create value for the owner (in either an owning or leasing scenario), by approaching each element of the building process from the owner’s perspective. Construction managers are results-oriented with a strong emphasis on teamwork. This requires technical knowledge and capabilities, leadership with a sense of urgency, and commitment to the success of each client’s project. They are experts in cost management and on time delivery, as well as bringing a high level of energy to motivate design and construction participants throughout the project.

    Pat Moffat, Director of Construction, has been with Boyer for 17 years and oversees over one million square feet of new construction annually.

    Dave Summerhays has over 20 years experience in construction and been with the company since 2000. Dave focuses on medical office buildings and skilled nursing facilities.

    Kim Swensen started working at The Boyer Company in 2001. Her main responsibility is managing the tenant improvement work across the medical office portfolio.

    Randy Krum started with The Boyer Company in 2006. Prior to joining Boyer, Randy owned his own general contracting firm for over 15 years. Randy is an expert at industrial construction and spends most of his time managing construction at our BDO project.
