Boise Gateway Building 2

The Boyer Company successfully delivered this new 278,000-square-foot middle mile distribution facility on behalf of Amazon in August 2021 under a fast track delivery model. The 36’ clear height, cross dock facility is designed for maximum logistical efficiency and associate comfort. The material handling areas are heated and cooled, and are lit through a combination of high efficiency lighting and clerestory windows. The building contains approximately 17,500 square feet of modern office, training, conference and associate support spaces. The 32-acre site is fully secured and has been designed to accommodate extensive truck movements, circulation and staging.
