Boyer developed a three-building campus for Explore Knowledge Academy in Las Vegas, for a phased opening. The total building area of the campus is 59,292 square feet with approximately 19,750 square feet in each building. The buildings are located on a 6.01 acre site on Mountain Vista Street. Explore Knowledge Academy is a K-12 charter school with a capacity for 800 students and is currently operating at full capacity.

Summary
Brian Gochnour became Acting CEO for The Boyer Company in July of 2017. Brian directs the asset management and property management of the Company’s 32 million square foot commercial real estate investment and management portfolio, including oversight of the budgeting process, property operations, risk management, strategic planning, and portfolio review. Brian continues in his role as the Director of Finance for The Boyer Company, which he has held since 2000. He oversees all aspects of the construction and permanent financing process for The Boyer Company’s commercial investment property portfolio. Brian has closed in excess of $1 billion in financial transactions over the past five years. Before coming to The Boyer Company, Brian worked in commercial real estate finance with Zions First National Bank for seven years as UT—Vice President/Commercial Relationship Manager. Brian managed full service account relationships for many of the Bank’s top commercial real estate development customers. He was responsible for new loan originations, including underwriting, closing, and servicing. Brian originated and serviced a loan portfolio in excess of $200 million on an annual basis.
