Located in Gilbert, Arizona, the Medical Plaza at Spectrum was a joint venture with the owner of the land. The site is located across from the recently constructed Dignity Health Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. The project consists of 16 individual buildings with various sized floor plates that were sold to individual users using a condominium deal structure. The Boyer Company was responsible for all entitlement efforts, construction management, leasing/sales, property management and creation of the condominium owners group. The project attracted a wide variety of medical providers to the area who wanted to be close to the hospital but own their own office space.
