IRS Twin Rivers Office, a 135,206-square-foot building, was constructed for the IRS. The project included the renovation of the existing historic Boyle Furniture Warehouse as well as the construction of a new 90,000-square-foot building. The Twin Rivers Office Building was awarded the ENERGY STAR Award for 2007. The award is a mark of superior energy performance and identifies the Twin River Office Building as one of the most efficient buildings in the nation.
