The building is the first building to be constructed in our Gateway East project. XNRGY Is a rapidly growing company from Montreal, Canada, who manufactures and services high efficiency HVAC equipment and systems. The building will be their first manufacturing facility in the United States. The building also includes office space that will be occupied by the company's leadership and design and sales teams.
