111 Commerce Center is a Class-A, 150-acre industrial park located on Old Bingham Highway in West Jordan, UT. The mid-valley location provides employers with the ability to access a large workforce population and remain closely connected to the Salt Lake City and greater Wasatch Front manufacturing market. Within close proximity to the park are businesses including Amazon, Boeing, eBay, Oracle, Hexel Carbon Fiber, and Rio Tinto Corporation. The first building is completed providing one million square feet of industrial space. The total project will provide 2.3 million square feet of industrial space spanning across five buildings.
