More recently, Boyer has become an active player in the Charter School development arena. Boyer’s first charter school was completed in Las Vegas in 2012, since then, Boyer has contracted and developed 30 more campuses. Developing Land For Schools
The Boyer Company has developed over 660,000 square feet of school space in Utah, Nevada, and California. In many of these projects, project managers have been able to use their development expertise to deliver a school on a low cost-basis that gives them flexibility and sustainability for future operations. Furthermore, Boyer is held to a high standard in delivering schools on time considering the nature of a strict timeline when schools are in session. The Boyer Company has a long-standing track record of completing projects through public-private partnerships.
