The Boyer Company was able to come in and close quickly on the ground for Brookfield Academy. Because time was of the essence, the purchase was done before construction financing was in place. Without the financial flexibility of Boyer, this project would not have been completed on time. Although development in the state of California proved to be much more complicated than development in Utah, Boyer was able to work through the necessary steps in order to make this a successful project.
