Honeyville is a 205,000-square-foot, multi-use facility completed in 2017. It houses Honeyville’s 25,000-square-foot corporate offices, retail outlet, warehousing and distribution, and food production facility. The 50,000-square-foot mezzanine provides easy machine access and flexibility for the production rooms on the first floor. The building has future rail capacity and can be expanded. The building has a 36’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 6” reinforced floor, and ample parking.
