Honeyville is a 205,000 square foot, multi-use facility completed in 2017. It houses Honeyville’s 25,000 square foot corporate offices, retail outlet, warehousing and distribution, and food production facility. The 50,000 square foot mezzanine provides easy machine access and flexibilitity for the production rooms on the first floor. The building has future rail capacity and can be expanded. Aaron joined The Boyer Company in 2006 and has overseen the development of over 2 million square feet of industrial real estate. Outside of new development projects, he also directs the day-to-day operations and management of Business Depot Ogden; a business park with over 11 million SF of commercial warehouse, office, freezer and manufacturing space. His expertise ranges from spec buildings to complicated build-to-suit projects and he enjoys managing all aspects of building design and construction.

Cameron joined The Boyer Company in 2008 and currently oversees leasing and development at Business Depot Ogden (BDO). He has negotiated leases for 2.8 million square feet of build to suit projects and an additional 3.5 million square feet of existing space. BDO includes 1,100 acres and 12 million square feet of warehouse, office, and manufacturing space. Outside of BDO, he currently oversees management of 1.1 million square feet other office, retail, and industrial projects in northern Utah and Idaho.
