The Boyer Company has started the development process for the new 185,000 square foot Boise Gateway Building 3, a 36’ clear height cross dock facility. The prime site for this building located on the northwest corner of the Eisenman Road and Freight Street intersection will provide desirable visibility and accessibility within the Airport/South Boise Market. Construction is anticipated to start in Early Summer with delivery anticipated in Spring 2022.
