Summary
Scott Verhaaren has been with The Boyer Company since 1993 during which time he has developed and managed over three million square feet of mixed-use, retail, and general office real estate. He is responsible for acquisition, entitlements, construction, and leasing of new and existing mixed-use and retail projects. Notable projects include Redstone in Park City, The Commons at Sugarhouse in Salt Lake, Draper Crossing and Draper Peaks in Draper, The District in South Jordan, and The Crossing at Saratoga Springs, and The Crossing at South Salt Lake.
Scott has served on professional and community organizations including the ICSC Mountain States Board and Program Committee and as Vice President of the University of Utah Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Wade Williams

Summary
Wade Williams has extensive experience in real estate development, finance, design, and construction. He has been the lead on a number of large mixed-use projects including The District in South Jordan, Utah a 300 acre master plan that include office, retail and residential development, Draper Peaks in Draper, Utah, and Quarry Bend in Sandy, Utah. He has served on national and regional boards and committees including serving as the State Director of Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming for the ICSC. Prior to coming to The Boyer Company, Wade served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Development for Smith’s Food and Drug. In that capacity he oversaw a annual capital budget of $180 million and was responsible for real estate, design, and construction along with property management and property accounting.
