The Boyer Company developed The Parc at Gateway condominiums in 2004 as a phase II project of The Gateway shopping mall development. The Parc condos rise 12 stories and include amenities such as a clubhouse and gym and are within walking distance of everything Salt Lake City has to offer. Boyer partnered with Cowboy Partners on this project.
